Camera Suggestions

I've just noticed that my mobile phone has a higher resolution camera than my actual digital camera so I was wondering if anyone could suggest a reasonable camera that isn't too expensive that has about 5mp resolution?

Canon Powershot A510/520 4.0 Megapixel Good for a knockaround camera.

Takes great video!

I got mine used on ebay for 40 bucks and sold my old A510 for 30, so 10 bucks to upgrade
